§ 01 · The hero interaction

Notification.
Tap. Done.

The 80% case never opens the app. A reminder lands on the lock screen, you tap Taken, and the dose is logged before your coffee’s hot.

  • 01Time-of-day reminders, never random pings
  • 02Snooze 10 min, log late, or skip with a reason

§ 03 · Coming next

Quiet care,
from across the kitchen.

Family hub — watch your dad’s morning, your mom’s evening, your kid’s antibiotic — is on the roadmap for the next release. Sage chips for ok, amber for late, terracotta for missed. Caregiving that reads like checking a nightstand.

v1+ roadmap

Family hub, iCloud sync, and Apple Health integration are planned for the next major release. The v1.0 app is single-device, no account required.

§ 04 · Adherence & streak

Numbers that
mean something.

We won’t gamify your health. But a 12-day streak does mean something — and the heatmap reads left-to-right like a sentence. Three colors, no GitHub-green-only.

§ 07 · Frequently asked

The small print, warmly.

01Is my medication data shared with anyone?

Your medication list, schedule, and history live on your device only — there is no account and no server copy. The only time data leaves your device is if you use the AI features (photo-to-pill or drug-interaction check), and you must give explicit in-app consent before that happens. We never sell or share your data for advertising. See our privacy policy for the full breakdown.

02Does Pill Reminder Kit work without notifications?

Yes — the app still lets you log doses, view your schedule, and run reports. But notifications are the heart of the experience, so we strongly recommend enabling them.

03Can I share with caregivers or family?

Family hub is on our roadmap and planned for the next major release. In v1.0 the app is single-device with no account required.

04Is the app a medical device?

No. Pill Reminder Kit is a wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace your clinician. Always defer to your doctor and pharmacist for medication decisions. Drug-interaction alerts shown in the app are informational only.

05Will there be an Android version?

Yes — we’re iOS first, with Android close behind. Drop us a note at hello@pillreminderkit.app to be told the moment it lands.
